CT Safety Manager featured in Safety Source magazine

Phillips, one of UC San Diego’s OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC) extension instructors, was among six instructors featured in Safety Source magazine.
The article states “NAVSEA, which directs the design, construction, and maintenance of U.S. Navy ships, now requires every worker on its contracts to receive basic Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) training. And UC San Diego’s OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC) serves as the mothership, if you will, for this massive education effort.”
